With extensive experience in human resources and workforce development, they previously held managerial roles in learning solutions, staff development, and information technology education at WellSpan Health, where they implemented innovative training programs and led the redesign of key initiatives, earning accolades such as the Training Magazine Best Practice Award. They are dedicated to developing career pathways and partnerships that enhance talent pipelines and support diverse workforce needs. Tammy is also pursuing a Master of Science in Education at Capella University, maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
