They have held leadership roles in quality management at NetApp, Newport Corporation, and Solectron, demonstrating expertise in Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and environmental compliance. Sadhana holds multiple degrees in Chemistry, Statistics, and Economics from Meerut University.
