Jim Fairweather currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Trilio since February 2025, focusing on cloud-native data protection for Kubernetes and OpenStack environments. Prior to this role, Jim was the Vice President of Channel Sales & Strategic Alliances at AlgoSec, overseeing partnerships with major companies like Cisco and AWS. Previous positions include Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Cygilant, where Jim led global sales and marketing efforts in cybersecurity, and Vice President of Americas Sales and Marketing at EPOS | SENNHEISER, where Jim restructured the sales organization. Demonstrated leadership extends to executive roles at GBH Communications, Yamaha Unified Communications, Vidyo, Hewlett Packard, Polycom, and PictureTel across diverse markets including SaaS, IT/UC, and ProAV. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley University and completed the Executive Sale Management Program at the University of Michigan.
