Ashton Needley has extensive experience in software development, currently serving as a Senior Developer at Tribal Group since September 2018, with a progression from Junior Developer to Developer within the same company. Prior to this role, Ashton worked as a Bartender at York Motor Yacht Club from March 2016 to September 2023, where responsibilities included managing bar operations on weekends. Earlier experience includes a position as an Environmental Technician at Enertek International from January 2014 to September 2018. Ashton holds a degree from York St. John University, attended Beverley Joint Sixth Form for A Levels, and completed GCSEs at Beverley Grammar School.
