Renuka Brown is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in benefits management and employee relations. Currently serving as the Global Benefits Manager at Treasure Data since September 2021, Renuka is responsible for designing, implementing, and administering benefit programs across North America and EMEA, while driving efficiency through process improvements and leveraging data analytics to support business decisions. Prior to this role, Renuka held the position of Corporate Human Resources Manager at Fresh Express from January 2016 to September 2021 and worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Glacial Energy from 2010 to 2014.
