Timothy Schultz II is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Treasure Bay Casino and Hotel since March 2019, Timothy also holds the position of Kitchen Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton since November 2017. Previous roles include Kitchen Manager at Margaritaville Resort Biloxi, Chef at Golden Nugget Lake Charles where contribution included the successful opening of Blu Martini, and Kitchen Manager at Hook Up Restaurant and Bar. Timothy’s early career includes positions as Lead Cook at Denny's Restaurant and Boomtown Casino Biloxi, as well as Sous Chef at Palace Casino Resort.
