Patrick Couch is currently the Senior Vice President of Technical Services at TRC Companies, leading the Clean Transportation Solutions Team. They previously held the same position from 2019 to 2023 at Gladstein, Neandross & Associates, as well as the role of Vice President, Technical Services at the same company from 2011 to 2019. Their earlier experience includes serving as a Staff Engineer at TIAX LLC and a Graduate Researcher at the Advanced Power & Energy Program. Patrick also worked as a Staff Researcher at the University of California, Irvine, following their graduate studies, and as a Research Engineer at Energy Research Consultants. They earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Combustion/Propulsion from UC Irvine.
