Katerina Bojkova is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Manager at trawa since June 2025. Previously, Katerina held the position of Senior Backend Engineer at Babbel, contributing to the refactoring and redesign of video conferencing architecture and optimizing core platform services. In the role of Technical Lead at On, Katerina focused on architecting and maintaining cloud-based applications, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into technical tasks. As Backend Lead at Justt, Katerina established the backend and architecture for a Node.js project using AWS services. Earlier experience includes software engineering roles at Rolling Rabbits, Deltatre, and Alite International, where Katerina worked on cloud infrastructure, micro-services, and IoT solutions. Katerina holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies in Skopje and a High School Diploma from Rade Jovcevski - Korcagin High School.
