Chad Taylor is a Senior Leadership Executive with extensive experience in IT Service Management and enterprise operations. Currently serving as Director of Global IT Service Management and Product Owner at TransUnion since 2014, they lead global teams in transforming ITSM processes while integrating numerous recently acquired companies. Previously, Chad was Head of Data Center Service Operations for the Americas at HSBC, where they managed a large team and enhanced operational efficiencies through innovative strategies. Chad continues to pursue education at Northern Illinois University.
