Ziad Y. Mazboudi, PE, D.WRE, F.ASCE, MBA, is an accomplished Senior Project Manager and Senior Civil Engineer at Transtech Engineers, Inc., and serves as President of Mazboudi Consulting Services. With extensive experience in public works, Ziad held significant roles at the City of San Clemente as Deputy Public Works Director and at the City of Laguna Niguel as Engineering Services Manager and Senior Civil Engineer. Additionally, Ziad has worked as Director of Consultant Management at Atkins. Ziad holds an MBA in Business Administration from California Southern University and a Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
