Owen Davies is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various finance roles. Currently serving as Head of Finance at Transport for Wales since February 2019, Owen has also held positions as Senior Finance Business Partner and Finance Business Partner within the organization. Additionally, Owen is a Board Member at Pullman Rail, beginning in August 2021.
