Iain Barker is a human-centred designer and co-founder of Meld Studios with over 30 years of experience in strategic and service design. They have held various roles, including Director of Customer Experience Design at Transport for NSW and have worked extensively across public and private sectors, focusing on enhancing user experiences. Since forming Meld Studios in 2009, Iain has led initiatives that drive change through customer insights, while also creating training programs that have reached thousands. Iain's career began in digital channels during the dot-com era in London, emphasizing the importance of understanding user needs to inform strategic decision-making. They continue to impact the field by offering consultancy in human-centred design.
