Nathaniel Peneguy is an experienced compensation and benefits professional with a strong background in global benefits strategy and administration. Since joining Transocean in September 2014, Nathaniel has advanced from Manager of Global Benefits to Director of Worldwide Compensation & Benefits, focusing on designing and implementing comprehensive global employee benefit programs that align with corporate objectives. Prior to Transocean, Nathaniel served as Benefits Service Manager and Benefits Operations Manager at Aon Hewitt, where exceptional client satisfaction was consistently achieved. Nathaniel holds a BBA in Finance and Management from Baylor University and completed an Executive Development program at CEDEP in 2019.
