- Cody is currently working at TransImpact as an Analytics Developer, starting in May 2023.

- Prior to this, they worked at Nations Lending from December 2019 to April 2023 as a Compliance Data Analyst. Before that, they were a Report Writer from November 2015 to December 2019, and a Mortgage Loan Coordinator from February 2015 to November 2015.

- Cody also worked at Ohio Citizen Action as a Field Organizer from December 2014 to February 2015.

- Additionally, Cody has experience at Centauri Health Solutions (formerly Human Arc), where they worked as a Disability Specialist from May 2013 to October 2014 and as a Disability Assistant from March 2013 to May 2013.

- Cody briefly worked as a Licensed Insurance Agent at American Income Life in October 2012.

Cody Thomas attended North Olmsted High School from 2002 to 2006 and received a diploma. Following high school, Cody attended Marietta College from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their major areas of study were Political Science, Advertising, and Public Relations. In 2012, Cody obtained a certification as a Licensed Insurance Producer (Life, Accident & Health) from the State of Ohio Department of Insurance.
