David DiMatteo has extensive experience in guest relations and learning and development across multiple organizations. At New Belgium Brewing Company, David held various roles, including Guest Relations Manager and Manager of the Mothership Experience, where responsibilities included employee development, performance reviews, and overseeing customer service operations, ultimately enhancing the taproom experience.
