Prashanth Chinnappanavar is a development practitioner and Chevening Scholar currently serving as a Senior Practitioner at Transform Rural India, working in collaboration with the Chhattisgarh State Planning Commission. Previously, they held positions as Deputy Program Manager at the Centre for Science and Environment and as an Expert in Livelihood, Skill Training, and Capacity Building at UNICEF India. Prashanth earned a Master of Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science and holds an MSc in Development Practice from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering. With a keen interest in policy design and implementation, Prashanth focuses on rural development, livelihood promotion, poverty alleviation, and education.
