Jessi Tseng is currently the VP of Customer Success & Engineering at Transcend. With previous roles including Senior Manager of Professional Services at WalkMeâ„¢ and Digital Solutions Director at SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions, Jessi has extensive experience in leadership and strategic initiatives. Prior to these positions, Jessi served as a Project Manager and Research Consultant for USAID and Mercy Corps and held various roles, including Human Resources Sergeant in the US Army. Jessi earned a degree from Columbia University - School of International and Public Affairs between 2012 and 2014.
