Trajectum heeft ongeveer 1600 medewerkers en biedt behandeling en begeleiding aan mensen met een lichte verstandelijke beperking en onbegrepen, risicovol gedrag. Een gedeelte van onze cliënten heeft een forensische achtergrond. 
Onze locaties bevinden zich in het noorden en oosten van het land. De cliënten komen echter uit alle windstreken. Trajectum biedt iedere cliënt een op maat gesneden behandelings- en/of begeleidings – en/of activiteitenplan. Dit organiseren we in een keten van hulpverleningsvormen. Deze sluiten naadloos op elkaar aan. Het zorgaanbod in de keten is zeer divers en omvat behandeling, verblijf, ambulante begeleiding, poliklinische behandeling, bemoeizorg en werk en activiteiten.
