Diane Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Development & Partnerships at Trainual since January 2024, Diane has been involved with Innovative Design & Marketing LLC since April 2007 as a Business Development and Practice Management consultant, specializing as a solutions architect. Additionally, Diane has provided mindset and leadership coaching through Thought Evolution since January 2008. Previously, Diane held the position of National Accounts Sales & Marketing Director at Transamerica Insurance & Investment Group from October 1997 to April 2007, where a strong foundation in general agency design, operations, and the management of long-term business relationships was established. Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
