Lotta Ludmilla Lykke Kristensen has nearly 20 years of leadership experience in both the private and public sectors. They have held various culinary roles, including Chef and Sous Chef at multiple restaurants, before transitioning into educational leadership at Tradium, where they serve as the Uddannelsesleder and pædagogisk ansvarlig for Hotel, Køkken, and Restaurant programs. Lotta has also been the Head of Education at Silkeborg Tekniske Skole, shaping the next generation of culinary professionals. They hold multiple degrees, including a bachelor's in leadership and management, and are currently completing studies in gastronomy and service.
