Lynnea Maystrick possesses extensive experience in leadership and organizational development within the nonprofit and educational sectors. Currently serving as a F.I.E. Assessor at the University of North Florida since August 2025, Lynnea also works in strategic management at TRAC Intermodal since June 2021. Prior roles include Executive Director Operations Consultant at AnnieRuth Foundation, where Lynnea transitioned from a volunteer and keynote speaker to leadership in 2020, and Northeast Region Director of Community Impact at Northeast Florida Healthy Start Coalition, leading various programs aimed at improving community health outcomes. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Safety Practice Integration and Director of Family Preservation at Family Support Services of North Florida, as well as working at the State of Nebraska in Children and Family Services. Lynnea holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from College of Saint Mary and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education Natural Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, complemented by an ADN in Nursing from Nebraska Methodist College.
