Muthulakshmi A is a seasoned HR professional with 20 years of experience as an HR Generalist in the manufacturing sector. With a strategic approach, Muthulakshmi has gained extensive expertise in HR operations, talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee relations, among other areas. Muthulakshmi currently serves as the Manager of Human Resources at TPI Composites, Inc. and has been instrumental in setting up green field projects throughout their career.
