Alexei Bonamin, LLM, CCEP-I, is a Partner at TozziniFreire and Co-Leader of the Corporate Practice Group, specializing in Capital Markets and Banking & Finance since 1996. They have extensive expertise in a range of financial instruments and regulations, including public offerings, ESG finance, and impact investing. In addition to their legal practice, Alexei serves as a professor at ANBIMA and FGV, focusing on capital markets and investment funds. They are actively involved in various professional organizations, including their roles with the Brazilian Association of Publicly-Held Companies and the International Bar Association. Alexei holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and a Master of Laws from The London School of Economics.
