Katrena A. Thomason serves as the Executive Vice President and Controller of the Towne Banking Division at TowneBank. Previously, they held positions as Assistant Controller and spent time in Financial Planning & Analysis and Internal Audit. Before joining TowneBank, Katrena accumulated over nineteen years of experience in public accounting, including seventeen years at Dixon Hughes Goodman, where they specialized in audit and consulting services for financial institutions and other sectors. They are also known for their involvement in continuing education initiatives for the financial industry and the firm's Women Forward program. Katrena holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Mary Washington.
