John C. Wray is the County Judge of Ellis County, Texas, a position they have held since 2025. They are a founder and managing attorney at Wray Willett Stoffer Kosoris PLLC and serve as a director at Citizens National Bank of Texas. Wray's legal career includes roles as an associate attorney at various firms and experience in commercial and civil litigation. They have also served as a city council member and mayor of Waxahachie, and as a state representative in the Texas House from 2015 to 2021.
