Greg Kurniawan is a results-driven IT professional with a B.S. in Management Information Systems and hands-on experience in technical support, data management, and system optimization. Currently serving as the Lead Information Technology Specialist at Tower Mobility, Greg previously worked as a Data Management Coordinator at ExED, where they improved data integrity and client satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and report preparation. Greg is also pursuing CompTIA A+ certification, expected in February 2025, to further enhance their technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
