Myint Thu is a principal exploration geoscientist with nearly three decades of experience at TotalEnergies, focusing on oil and gas exploration both offshore and onshore. They have a strong background in geology and geophysics, with expertise in seismic interpretation, prospect generation, and project planning. Myint began their career at Myanma Oil and Gas Enterprise, later advancing through various roles at TotalEnergies, including leadership positions and team coordination in multiple countries. Myint earned their B.Sc. and D.A.G. in geology and petroleum geology from Rangoon University, and a postgraduate diploma from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
