Total Design positioned Dutch design internationally with projects including the wayfinding at Schiphol airport, the marketing of the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, the stamps of PTT Post, the national phonebook and the logo and visual identity of Randstad.

Creative Services

The Design Team at Total Design is responsible for creating visually compelling and innovative solutions across various media. This team of skilled designers, senior designers, digital designers, and a motion designer collaborates closely to develop brand platforms, visual identities, interior concepts, product packaging, websites, and digital innovations. They ensure that each project aligns with the company's holistic, human-centric design philosophy, aiming to build emotionally resonant and impactful brands and communication strategies for a diverse array of clients.

Design Team

The Management and Administrative team at Total Design oversees the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the agency. This group includes the Chief Executive Officer and division heads such as the Head of TD Cascade, TD Lab, and Team Campaigns, ensuring alignment among creative, strategic, and operational efforts. Tasked with driving the company's growth and maintaining its legacy, they manage client relationships, business development, and overall project execution. The Office Manager supports administrative functions, while the Tender Manager and Project Director coordinate and streamline project tendering and delivery. The Strategy Director & Partner, along with the Head of Strategy, ensure that all initiatives are strategically sound and aligned with the company’s human-centric and holistic design philosophy.

Software Development Team
