Kwame Otchere serves as the Program Coordinator for Active Living & Centralized Programs at Toronto Community Housing since March 2024. Concurrently, Kwame holds the position of Sport Program Lead at MLSE LaunchPad, where responsibilities include transforming the Program Builder and digitizing over 500 sports drills using various software. Previous experience includes interning as a Sport Development Intern with MLSE, where Kwame conceptualized sports clinics and engaged over 250 participants, as well as serving as a Community Youth Supervisor for the City of Toronto, supervising staff and managing youth engagement tasks. Additional experience includes working as a Senior Youth Lead at LAMP Community Health Centre. Kwame's educational background includes studies at Humber College.
