Heather Conklin is currently the CEO at Torch, where they empower a new generation of leaders. They previously served as SVP & GM of Trailhead at Salesforce from 2013 to 2022, among other roles in product management. Before their tenure at Salesforce, Heather held various positions at Accenture from 2006 to 2013, focusing on asset management tracking and performance management analytics. Heather is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Logistics/Supply Chain Management at the University of Maryland.
