Sylvie Bruys is a BI & Data specialist at TOPdesk since January 2014 and also leads the data-driven guild. Prior to that, Sylvie worked as an IT Project manager and Service Management Consultant. Sylvie previously held a role as an E-mail marketeer at Laurens Simonse Groep and has experience as a Research Intern in Communication Quality at Gemeente Roosendaal. Sylvie also worked as a Market Research Intern at & Beyond. Sylvie holds a Master's degree in Human Aspects of Information Technology from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising and Design from Hogeschool INHOLLAND. Additionally, Sylvie has completed courses in Big Data analysis and attended a lecture series on Female leadership at Neyenrode Business School.
