Ben Greensmith is currently the Managing Director for U.K., Ireland, and the Nordics at Tony's Chocolonely, where they have launched and scaled Britain's fastest-growing chocolate brand. Previously, Ben held various roles at innocent drinks, culminating as UK Commercial Director, where they led a team of 45 and managed a £140m P&L while achieving significant market growth. Their experience also includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at PROPERCORN and as Non-Executive Director for both NEMI Teas and NICE RICE, focusing on social enterprises and ethical practices. Ben started their career as an Account Executive at Information Resources and has held positions at Unilever, contributing to a diverse and impactful professional journey.
