Shay Perlstein is an Engineering Manager II at TomTom, where they oversee various engineering efforts, including CICD and vehicle horizon development. Previously, Shay worked at TomTom in multiple roles, including Senior Technical Lead and Engineering Manager. They began their career as a Developer at Comverse and later contributed as a Developer at FVC.COM Benelux BV. Shay holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computers from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, earned from 1994 to 1998.
