Sharmistha Nandi is a sustainability and environment management professional with 18 years of diverse experience in business development, waste management, and stakeholder engagement. Beginning their career in 2006 at ACC Limited, Sharmistha played a crucial role in establishing and expanding various waste management initiatives, including Geocycle India under the Holcim Group. They later served as Senior Market Expert at Holcim and currently hold the position of Head – Geoclean Business Strategy & Growth for ACC and Ambuja Cements under the Adani Group. Sharmistha also holds a Master's degree in Environmental Studies from the TERI School of Advanced Studies.
