Marjolein Heemskerk is the VP Head of Group Accounting at TOMRA, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, Marjolein served as a Senior Manager in Assurance at EY from 2014 to 2022 and as a Senior Financial Controller at Eneco from 2012 to 2014. Before this, Marjolein worked at KPMG as a Manager from 2005 to 2012, where they managed financial statement audits and mentored junior staff. Marjolein has also contributed to academic development as a Post Master IFRS teacher at Erasmus School of Accounting & Assurance in 2011-2012. They hold a BSc in International Business Administration and an MSc in Accounting & Control from Erasmus University Rotterdam, along with a Dutch chartered accountant designation.
