Lindsay Hall is an experienced qualitative research professional, currently serving as SVP and Qualitative Research Group Lead for North America at Toluna since May 2021, after holding the position of Qualitative Team Lead North America. Prior to Toluna, Lindsay worked at MetrixLab as a Senior Qualitative Research Manager and operated as a freelance qualitative researcher from June 2016 to November 2019. Lindsay's previous roles include Director at Baobab Qualitative Research and Consultancy, where agency growth and management were key responsibilities, and Senior Research Executive positions at both In Focus Research and Research International (now Kantar TNS), where project management and client relationship building were pivotal. Early career experience includes a CMI Assistant Manager role at Unilever and a researcher and content writer position at Exotic Places to Retire. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, French, and Spanish language and literature from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, complemented by studies at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
