Kim Alexander Gulbrandsen is the current Communications Director at Tolletaten, where they lead and develop a communications department and have significantly enhanced the agency's reputation in the public sector. Prior to this role, they served as Communications Chief for the Norwegian Armed Forces and held various leadership positions, including at Forsvarets Veterantjeneste and Etterretningstjenesten. Kim earned a Master's degree in PR Management and Strategic Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication from Handelshøyskolen BI, and completed leadership training at the Krigsskolen.
