Dr.-Ing. Julio C. Garcia-Navarro is a Senior Scientist and Consultant in Hydrogen Technologies and currently serves as a lecturer. With experience as a Program Manager for the HyDelta project at the New Energy Coalition and as a Scientific Advisor for the European Research Institute for Gas and Energy Innovation, they specialize in hydrogen system integration.
