Deepa Mani CBAP, MSP serves as the Founder and CEO of POC Beauty since July 2023. In addition, Deepa holds the position of Business Transformation Consultant at TLC Healthcare and acts as a Business Mentor for Inspiring Rare Birds, both roles beginning in August and July 2021, respectively. Deepa founded and directs Chandralaya School of Dance since May 2018 and previously served as an Executive Board Member for Creative Women's Circle until September 2023. Deepa’s extensive experience includes business transformation roles at Interactive and Public Transport Victoria, where leadership involved overseeing business architecture practices and strategic initiatives. Deepa's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Madras, along with a Diploma in Dance from Abhinaya Darpana.
