Robert Hilton is an Executive Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Head of Corporate Legal, and Corporate Secretary at TKO, as well as General Counsel at On Location. They previously held several senior legal positions, including Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at TKO. Robert began their career as a Legal Intern at NYSE Euronext and later served as Counsel at Endeavor. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New York University School of Law.
