Patricia Basso has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President and Human Resources Director for Global IT at The TJX Companies, Inc. since March 2021. Prior to this role, Patricia held various positions at State Street, including HR Business Partner for the Global Technology Services organization and for the Chief Investment Officer. While at MFS Investment Management from 2007 to 2012, Patricia acted as both HR Business Partner and Head of Global Talent Acquisition, overseeing strategic HR functions for the investment organization. Patricia's earlier experience includes managing global recruitment as Investment Personnel Recruitment Manager at MFS Investment Management and serving in multiple HR capacities at Nelco, Inc. Patricia holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Emmanuel College and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
