Cochetta Horton is an experienced professional in learning and corporate training, currently serving as a Senior Learning Technology Specialist at The TJX Companies, Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this role, Cochetta worked at Collette for nearly 18 years, holding various positions including Learning Partner/Corporate Trainer, where responsibilities included consulting on learning initiatives and facilitating classroom training. Cochetta also has experience as a Corporate Travel Coordinator and as a blended agent in the Client Care Center, managing travel plans and handling customer inquiries. Earlier experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at Porsche AG.
