Winnie Chaffee is an accomplished production professional with extensive experience in the animation industry, currently serving as Head of Production and Producer at Titmouse since December 2014, where notable projects include "Team Hot Wheels" for Mattel and "Goldie and Bear" for Disney Jr. Previously, Winnie held various positions including Executive Producer at So Animation, where innovative budget-reducing strategies for CG productions were developed. As President/Producer at Phase Four LLC, significant works such as "Kenny The Shark" and "Pig And Duck" were produced. Additional experience includes consulting for diverse production studios and a foundational role as Line Producer on the feature "Beavis & Butthead - Do America." Winnie holds a BA degree in Chinese Literature from The National Central University in Taiwan.
