Nan Li serves as Managing Director at Tishman Speyer since March 2009, leveraging extensive expertise in real estate finance. Previous experience includes a position in Asia Pacific Real Estate Finance and Securitization at Credit Suisse from 2008 to 2009 and a role in the Global Special Situation Group focused on Real Estate Investing at J.P. Morgan from 2006 to 2008. Academically, Nan Li holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Tsinghua University.
