Rohit Naimpally is a seasoned expert in research-informed policy and impact evaluation, currently serving as the Senior Director of Impact at Tipping Point Community. Having previously held significant positions at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab and Innovations for Poverty Action, Rohit has contributed to various anti-poverty programs across multiple U.S. states. They hold an M.A. and a B.A. in Social Sciences and Economics from the University of Chicago. Outside of professional pursuits, Rohit enjoys running, reading, and caring for their two dogs.
