Luchuan Guo is currently the Director of Engineering for Developer Infrastructure US at TikTok, where they lead hands-on initiatives in Developer AI and have built a variety of systems including an LLM-powered Dev Agent and a next-generation CI/CD system. Prior to TikTok, Luchuan served as a Software Engineer at Meta, focusing on product features for Facebook and WhatsApp, and held positions at other companies, including ByteDance and Alibaba Group, where they developed applications and systems to enhance user experience and data analytics. Luchuan is pursuing a Master’s degree at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
