Sara Faggion currently serves as the Field Coach for Northern Europe at Tiffany & Co. since January 2026. Prior to this role, Sara accumulated extensive retail experience at KARL LAGERFELD from March 2019 to January 2026, holding positions as Store Director, Store Manager, and Assistant Store Manager. Additional experience includes the role of Store Manager at Pandora from September 2018 to March 2019 and Store Manager at Subdued from November 2014 to August 2018. Early career experience includes working as a Kassiererin at Snaitech from October 2010 to October 2014 and internships at Accademia Italiana AIDC and Mollusco & Balena in 2014 and 2010, respectively. Sara holds a Bachelor's degree in Economia e Marketing Internazionale from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia and completed training as a nutrition advisor through Klett Gruppe in 2021.
