Robert Kaup is currently the Head of Central Europe and Managing Director at Tieto Tech Consulting, where they emphasize a people-first approach and serve as a WOMENinICT Ambassador. Previously, Robert held various leadership roles, including Managing Director at Infopulse Europe GmbH and Tietoevry, where they were responsible for strategic business development and global operations in enterprise applications. Robert has also been a Developer and Project Manager at Ulreich Systemtechnik and holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Danube University Krems and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computing from the University of Derby. Currently, they are involved with multiple boards, including as Chairman of the Board for Tietoevry Estonia AS and Tieto Lietuva AB.
