Mark Jansen is an experienced professional in the live entertainment and ticketing industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Artist & Promoter Relations EMEA at Ticketmaster since November 2011. With a progressive career at Ticketmaster, Mark has held several key positions, including Senior Director of Artist Services International and Head of Artist Services. Prior to this, Mark worked as Venue Ticketing Manager at Mama Group and Client Operations Manager at CTS Eventim AG.
