Babak Tighnavard has a diverse background in sales, marketing, and operations across various industries and countries. Starting as an International Sales Trainee at Hewlett-Packard from August 2007 to August 2008, Babak progressed to roles such as Product Marketing Manager at Google and Online Marketing Manager at EF Education First. As Chief Operating Officer at Saltside from 2014 to 2016, Babak played a pivotal role in scaling the company to over 500 employees across seven countries. Babak later served as Chief Business Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at Otovo, where responsibilities included overseeing market expansion and achieving significant revenue growth in Sweden. Currently, Babak is the CEO and Co-founder of DREM, focusing on sustainable heating solutions in Europe, and also holds the position of Chief Sales Officer at Tibber, leading initiatives in the smart energy sector across multiple countries.
